Can you diagnose and treat adult ADHD?

Yes. I provide adult ADHD evaluations and treatment via telehealth. Treatment may include therapy, behavioral strategies, education and medication when appropriate. ADHD care is personalized and not limited to medication alone. I offer adult ADHD coaching and non-pharmacological treatment options in WA, OR, NV, AZ and NH. I can only provide controlled substances (stimulants) to patients that live in Washington State.

What is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)?

A Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is an advanced practice provider who evaluates, diagnoses, and treats mental health conditions. PMHNPs can provide both therapy and psychiatric medication management, allowing for comprehensive, integrated care.

Do you offer both medication management and therapy?

Yes. I provide psychiatric medication management and therapy. Some clients choose therapy alone, some medication alone and many benefit from a combination. Treatment is always collaborative and tailored to your goals.

What mental health conditions do you treat?

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, stress-related conditions, mood disorders, sleep difficulties, and trauma-related concerns. Treatment plans are individualized based on your symptoms, history, and preferences.

Do you offer telehealth psychiatric appointments?

Yes. I offer telehealth psychiatry and therapy only. All appointments are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, allowing you to receive care from home.

Which states do you provide telehealth services in?

I am licensed to provide both medication management and psychotherapy telehealth mental health services in:

  • New Hampshire (NH)

You must be physically located in one of these states at the time of your appointment.

Is telehealth effective for therapy and medication management?

Yes. Telehealth has been shown to be highly effective for many mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and stress-related concerns. Many clients appreciate the flexibility, privacy, and consistency telehealth provides. Most of my clients find relief in 30-days or less of treatment.

Can you prescribe psychiatric medication via telehealth?

Yes. As a PMHNP, I can prescribe psychiatric medications via telehealth when clinically appropriate and in accordance with state and federal regulations. Medication decisions are made carefully and collaboratively once all options have been evaluated.

Do I need a referral to see you?

No referral is required. You can schedule an appointment directly for a psychiatric evaluation, therapy, or medication management.

What should I expect during my first appointment?

Your initial appointment includes a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, discussion of current concerns, review of medical and mental health history, and development of a personalized treatment plan. Initial visits are longer than follow-up appointments to allow adequate time.

How often will appointments be scheduled?

Appointment frequency varies based on your needs and treatment plan. Some clients are seen more frequently early in treatment, while others transition to monthly or less frequent follow-ups.

Do you accept insurance or offer self-pay?

Insurance I accept are listed here. Payment options vary. Some clients choose self-pay, while others may use out-of-network benefits. Fee details and payment options are provided prior to scheduling so there are no surprises.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes. I am currently accepting new adult patients for telehealth therapy and medication management in Washington State, Oregon, Arizona, Nevada, and New Hampshire.
